This workshop is an opportunity to gain deeper awareness of your purpose, unique superpowers, and personal values that will serve as the foundation for a life that feels more connected, meaningful, fulfilled, and in flow with who you really are.
You will leave the workshop with a personal purpose statement, a plan for integrating your values into your day-to-day life and a fresh perspective on your life that is full of possibilities.
Workshop 2: Chart Your Path Forward
Setting Intention and Goals - Two-hour session
Do you have a vision for the life you want to create but not sure where to start? Are you in the midst of a life change with no clear direction? Maybe you feel stuck and overwhelmed with how to navigate change or move forward.
This workshop is an opportunity to establish clear direction for your life, evaluate areas you want to drive change and create a plan to chart your path forward.
You will leave this workshop with a personal intention statement, summarizing the commitment to yourself that supports the direction you want to take your life. You will create goals and action steps you can activate immediately to drive you forward.
Workshop 3: Stay On Track
Strategies to Manage Your Life - Two-hour session
Let’s take the work from Workshop 1 and 2 and make them happen! Life can feel like you are barely keeping your head above water between work, home life, projects, responsibilities, and tasks.
This workshop is your opportunity to get clarity on where to focus your time and energy and create the life experience you dream to live.
You will leave understanding the 3 phases of productivity, identify your unique challenges, and leave with strategies to overcome obstacles that might veer you off track. You will have a plan to be more productive and move from reactive to proactive.
Workshop 4: Shift Your Mindset
Reframe Your Stories, Change Your Life - Two-hour session
Does your life feel consumed with stress, anxiety, emotional reactivity, and negative self-talk? Many of us believe that stress we feel is a product of what is happening outside of us, that we are victim to the circumstances.
This workshop is your opportunity to shift your mindset on how you experience life by reframing how you perceive, think, and feel about life experiences.
You will leave with a framework to overcome challenges and dismantle the stories that feed your negative self-talk and contribute to your stress and anxiety. It’s time to let go of what no longer serves your true self or the life you want to create.
