Transformational coaching with me focuses on navigating life’s changes with clarity, while grounded in who you are at your core, creating a felt sense of confidence and empowerment.
We can focus on a specific area of your life that is changing, like a recent divorce, being an empty nester, a career transition, improving overall health or seeking more meaningful purpose. Maybe you don’t know where to start. That is ok too. As your coach, I will meet you exactly where you are with a personalized approach.
Coaching is different from traditional therapy. Therapy focuses on the past; coaching is focused on the present phase of your life and visioning towards your future.
You can’t change the past, but we can explore what is possible now and in the future. Our partnership is a creative process, best served by openness, curiosity and willingness to consider different perspectives.

You will create a personalized purpose statement, a plan for integrating your values into your day-to-day life and a fresh perspective on your life that is full of possibilities.
Chart Your Path Forward
Set Intentions and Goals, Hold Yourself Accountable
Change is rewarding but can be overwhelming. Together we will set clear intentions and goals for navigating the changes you want to make.
You will create a personal intention statement, summarizing the commitment to yourself that supports the direction you want to take your life. You will establish short term goals and action steps you can activate immediately to drive you forward. You will identify strategies to hold yourself accountable and overcome obstacles that might veer you off course.
Shift Happens
Reframe Your Mindset, Stories and Beliefs
It’s time to question what you think and believe about yourself, and how you perceive your life’s changes, challenges and circumstances. The stories and beliefs you carry from your past define how you experience life in the present moment. Your stories and beliefs served you at one point in your life, but now they are keeping you from your full potential, feeding your negative self-talk, creating stress, adding to your anxiety and justifying why you can’t move towards the life you yearn to experience.
You will learn a life skill that can be applied to any of your life changes and circumstances. This new skill will help you overcome obstacles, dismantle the stories and beliefs that hold you back and create the life you dream of experiencing.
Uncover Your Shadow
Find the Way to Self-Love, Compassion and Forgiveness
The shadow aspects of yourself come from your past conditioning. They are unconscious beliefs, values and behaviors that at one time in our life protected your feelings of love and belonging. Without examination or awareness, the shadow elements of yourself can sabotage your life’s purpose, goals and relationships. The result can be feelings of shame, guilt, judgment, unworthiness, separation and disconnection from yourself and others.
This work is key to any sustained and meaningful transformation in your life. At the end of this work there will be a shift within yourself, towards self-love, compassion and forgiveness of yourself and others.
